We stand 100% behind every Calmaric™ product. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund — no questions asked.
What qualifies for a refund?
- Item is in original packaging (lightly used is OK)
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Original order confirmation provided
How to start a return
- Email support@calmaric.com with your order number
- We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours
- Drop the package at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location
- Refund processed within 3-5 business days of receipt
Refund timeline
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing typically takes 5–10 business days after we approve the return.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or stops working within the warranty period, contact us immediately at support@calmaric.com with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
